This gym course is designed for both women and men, focusing on gentle full-body exercises to improve mobility, stamina, and strength. The sessions are specifically adapted to be joint-friendly and accessible for older adults. Classes take place every Friday, with sessions from 08:30 to 09:30 and 10:00 to 11:00.
