Glass window drawing

In this creative workshop at the Maison de la culture du Japon, children are invited to explore the unique art of painting on glass. Using Kitpas—eco-friendly Japanese crayons made from rice bran wax—participants will draw directly onto the windows, playing with the interplay of light and transparency.

The session will focus on the theme "Cherry Blossoms and Mount Fuji," resulting in colorful patterns that glow when hit by sunlight. It is a wonderful way for young artists to express their creativity while learning about traditional Japanese aesthetic motifs.
