English-Language Book Club

The Philipp-Schaeffer-Bibliothek invites literature enthusiasts to join its English-language book club for shared reading and discussion. Led by literary scholar Neil Bristow, who studied in Dublin, the group explores contemporary and classic works in a thoughtful environment. For the upcoming session, participants will discuss Kazuo Ishiguro’s celebrated novel 'The Remains of the Day.' The club meets on the second Wednesday of every month and offers a great space for expats and locals to exchange impressions. It is an excellent opportunity to dive deep into literature while practicing English in a social setting.
