This self-help group offers a safe space for women over 25 to discuss the challenges of living with an eating disorder. Every Tuesday, participants gather to share their weekly experiences, discuss their relationship with food, and set positive intentions for the future. Although the group provides a supportive environment with like-minded individuals, it is moderated and functions as a complement to, not a replacement for, professional therapy. It is an inclusive space where everyone can bring their own topics to the table, regardless of where they currently stand in their recovery journey.
