Professional success takes many forms, whether through small steps or major milestones. In this workshop, we invite refugee and migrant women to share their experiences of navigating the professional landscape in Germany.
We will discuss the hurdles overcome, the beautiful moments encountered, and the current challenges faced. Moderated by Somayeh Rasouli, this session offers a safe space for exchange, mutual encouragement, and discovering new perspectives.
