MOMENT – Painting by Klaus Walter at studio im HOCHHAUS

In his latest work, artist Klaus Walter explores the built environment and the human position within it. Moving beyond individual objects, Walter focuses on the spaces created by architecture, including both interior and exterior environments, as well as the role of ornamentation. While architecture is inherently built for people, in Walter’s paintings, human figures often appear as passive observers, standing lost amidst the grand structures. This exhibition invites viewers to contemplate the relationship between our daily surroundings and our sense of belonging.
