About

What is the patina of the future, and what materials is it made of? The exhibition 'A Future of Silver and Concrete' investigates futuristic visions through the lens of material aesthetics, inviting visitors to actively participate in the curatorial space. Inspired by historical visions such as Le Corbusier's 'machine for living' and Fritz Lang's dystopian 'Metropolis', the show explores how our expectations and desires for the future are physically and metaphorically inscribed in the materials around us. This is an interactive experience that asks viewers to reconsider their own visions of the future.
