Monument of Oblivion: River of Lethe

Artist Neda Saeedi was selected by a jury to create a site-specific installation for the Klosterruine in Berlin. Her new sound installation explores the profound question of how we memorialize history in public spaces. The work invites reflection on who is honored, who is excluded, and how we address traumatic pasts or missing monuments. By engaging with these historical layers, the exhibition challenges visitors to consider how we handle the past to actively shape our future.
