BALKANBEATS - Robert Soko DJ-Set

On April 24th, Robert Soko brings his legendary Balkanbeats party series to Gretchen. Since the late 90s, this concept has blended Balkan brass, Eastern European pop, and driving club beats into a unique musical cosmos. Starting during Berlin's era of transformation, Soko pioneered a sound that fuses music from the former Yugoslavia, Roma brass, and turbo-folk with modern breakbeats, hip-hop, and electronica. It is a night defined by loud, energetic, and culturally rich dance music.
