About

This exhibition highlights the critical role of wild bees, which are currently highly endangered but essential for our ecosystem. With around 580 species in Germany, these insects are vital pollinators for agriculture and the preservation of wild flora. The display explains why habitats are disappearing and how a lack of food and nesting sites is affecting biodiversity. Visitors will learn about the 'More Bees for Berlin' project, which demonstrates how urban public spaces can be transformed to support these insects. It is an educational experience suitable for anyone interested in nature conservation and urban ecology.
