Provenance Research - Questioning Objects, Finding Answers

Located at the Citadel Spandau, this exhibition explores the complex and vital field of provenance research. Curated by Friederike Klose, the project focuses on investigating the origins of artifacts in the City History Museum Spandau. The display addresses the ethical responsibility of museums to identify and return objects to their rightful owners, a process known as restitution.
