The open digital consultation hour at the Pablo-Neruda-Bibliothek provides support for everyday questions regarding PCs, the internet, tablets, smartphones, and e-book readers. Whether you are struggling with a specific device or simply want to learn more about the digital services offered by Berlin's public libraries, our team is here to assist. This session offers a welcoming environment for users of all experience levels to improve their digital literacy. The consultation takes place every Tuesday from 16:30 to 18:30, and no prior registration is required.
