'Pankow as a Motif' – Max Skladanowsky – Film Pioneer and Photographer

Museum Pankow is re-presenting the exhibition 'Pankow as a Motif: Max Skladanowsky – Film Pioneer and Photographer,' dedicated to the lesser-known photographic work of the famous cinema pioneer. The presentation follows the original exhibition held in 2014 for the 40th anniversary of the Heynstraße 8 museum location, set within the preserved living rooms from around 1900. The exhibition showcases a selection of photographic works that offer a unique perspective on Pankow through the eyes of a groundbreaking artist, blending historical documentation with artistic vision.
