Join the 'Fit in Old Age' gymnastics course, designed for both women and men. This gentle, full-body exercise program focuses on mobilization, endurance, and strengthening your entire body, all while being kind to your joints. Classes are held every Friday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM and 10:00 to 11:00 AM. A new Wednesday session from 9:00 to 10:00 AM starts on March 20, 2024. The course is supervised.
