Visitors can receive help with a wide range of issues, from setting up a ringtone on a smartphone or creating an email account to booking medical appointments online. These sessions are held every Monday and Tuesday at the Buch District Library, where experts are available during fixed service hours. No prior registration is necessary, making it easy for everyone to get the assistance they need. All consultations are provided free of charge.
