MOMENT – Paintings by Klaus Walter at studio im Hochhaus

In his latest body of work, artist Klaus Walter examines the built environment and the human position within it. Rather than focusing on individual architectural objects, Walter explores the spatial qualities created by architecture, including both interiors and exteriors. The exhibition also offers a contemplation of ornamentation as an integral part of building design. Although architecture is created for human use, in Walter’s paintings, people often appear as peripheral observers, seemingly lost within the vast, structured spaces he depicts.
