About
In her work, artist Rey Akdogan deals with materials and imaging processes that shape our current visual world. The exhibition at Haus am Waldsee investigates how atmospheres and moods are created through the interaction of color and light. Her pieces examine how material properties influence human perception and the technical conditions behind these processes. Often taking the form of site-specific installations, her work moves fluidly between projection, sculpture, and spatial design. It is a compelling look at the intersection of aesthetics and the economic conditions of art production.
