Workshop "Xocolating"

Discover the art of professional chocolate making in this hands-on workshop designed for adults and teenagers over 16. Participants will master essential techniques, including tempering, using professional molds, and handling pastry bags to create artisanal treats. By the end of the session, you will have prepared four different items, ranging from chocolate bars to decadent truffles, while gaining skills applicable to many other culinary creations.
